3) AI-Related Processing (Photos/Text)
Flixi includes intelligent features that can analyze a destination photo or text you provide to deliver travel insights, local highlights, and customized itineraries.
- Where processing happens: Uploaded images/text are processed on servers controlled by Flixi (our own servers).
- No third-party sharing for AI: We do not share your uploaded images or text with any third party for AI processing.
- Purpose limitation: We use uploaded content only to generate the output you request and deliver it to you.
- Deletion: After processing completes, uploads used for generation are deleted promptly and are not retained for training, marketing, or profiling.
- Your control: You decide whether to upload content and whether to use AI-related features.
Photos and faces
We do not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or build biometric profiles. Photos are used only for one-time generation and then deleted from our servers after processing.
4) Cookies, Web Beacons, and Similar Technologies
If parts of the Service are provided through web-based views or companion websites, we (and/or our service providers) may use cookies or similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage.
You can control cookies through your device or browser settings, but disabling cookies may limit certain features (such as login persistence).

We may transfer, store, and process information outside your country. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
Security
- Encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest.
- Access controls and least-privilege practices.
- Regular reviews/audits, monitoring, and backups.
Retention
- Account information: while your account is active.
- After account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days (subject to legal needs).
- Usage statistics: up to 12 months, then delete or anonymize.
- Support content: up to 6 months, then delete or anonymize.
- AI uploads: deleted promptly after processing.
7) Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or withdraw consent regarding your personal information.

You can enable/disable location permissions in your device settings at any time.
8) Children (17+) and Changes
The Service is not directed to children under 17 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will revise the Effective Date when changes are made and provide notice if changes are material.
9) Disputes and Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as described in our Terms/User Agreement, except where prohibited by law.
